Services for students and families
Every service begins with the student’s strengths, needs and goals. Sessions may be individual or small-group, in person in the Sarasota area or virtual when appropriate.
Age-appropriate strength, movement, mobility, healthy habits and confidence-building instruction, adapted to the student’s current ability.
Interactive learning in self-leadership, communication, goal-setting, resilience, teamwork, decision-making and personal responsibility.
Learning strategies, organization, study habits, motivation and subject support aligned with Chad’s approved credentials and the student’s academic plan.
Helping parents evaluate options, select curriculum and consider career or postsecondary pathways while keeping decisions with the family.
The CARE framework
A supportive relationship matters, but the work remains practical and accountable. Students practice new ways of thinking, communicating and taking ownership.

Build trust, safety and a relationship where honest growth can happen.
Help students see a stronger possibility for themselves.
Practice new beliefs, behaviors and learning habits.
Build agency so students can increasingly lead themselves.
About Chad

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction, with additional graduate study at Michigan State University and Marygrove College. His broader work includes educator training, learning-community development, leadership education and wellness instruction.
In 2017, Chad worked with Xtra Ordinary Educational Experiences during Mindvalley University’s inaugural four-week Pop-Up University in Barcelona, helping create experiential learning and professional-development opportunities for students in grades 6–12.
